Times article on Al Jaffee

It’s awe-inspiring and not surprising that at 87, Al Jaffee still illustrates the Mad magazine fold-ins by hand. He uses the computer for typography, but otherwise it’s all old school gouache and water colour. My hat off to you, sir.

The interactive fold-in feature is not to be missed.
