Agatha Christie Graphic Novel Adaptations
September 26, 2008
These Agatha Christie graphic novel adaptations could be lots of fun. Hercule Poirot? Good. Sequential art? Good. What’s not to like?
The only reference I can find of them, however, is the covers. Which I really like. They have this Saul Bass thing going on, reminiscent of the old Hitchcock thrillers. How appropriate! I’m intrigued already.
I can’t find much in the way of the the content, though. No samples seem to exist on the internet, and I’m pretty sure these aren’t available in Canada. So the plot thickens, as they say.
All is not lost. Apparently, if you are only interested in the story, they come in versions with lots of descriptive words instead of pictures. Weird!
