Our well has run dry several times this summer. It’s happened before, but not like this. Not with this frequency. I opened the lid to the well to have a look, and it’s 14 feet of dead air, with a pump at the bottom. Local rivers are trickles at best, dry at worst. The water table is scary low. Wells in the County that have never run dry in 30 years, are dust bowls this year, with no sign of relief in sight. Tell me agin how climate change isn’t a thing.
And now a fun comic!
